Welcome to MAHA Live, a website maintained to make Mankato Area Hockey Association (MAHA) game livestreams and recordings easier to find. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

MAHA Live is an informational, non-commercial site that organizes and links to video hosted on MAHA's official YouTube channel (@MankatoHockeyLivestreams). It doesn't host video files itself — livestreams and recordings play through YouTube's embedded player, so your use of that video is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service.

Use this site to find and watch MAHA livestreams, check schedules, and sign up to volunteer as a livestreamer. Don't:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the site or the services behind it
• Scrape or republish the site's content at scale without permission
• Use the contact form or volunteer signup for spam or unrelated solicitation

The site includes an administrative area for MAHA volunteers who maintain the stream listings. It's not open to the public, and attempting to access it without authorization is a violation of these terms.

Game footage is created and owned by MAHA and its volunteer streamers; this site organizes that content for easier viewing without claiming ownership over it. MAHA's name, team names, and MAHA's logo belong to MAHA.

This is a volunteer-run community resource. Livestreams depend on volunteer livestreamers and rink-side internet connections, and the site itself may have occasional downtime. We don't guarantee that any given game will be streamed, that a stream will run without interruption, or that the site will always be available.

This site links to and embeds content from third parties, including YouTube, Google Forms, and Facebook. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data — see their own terms for that.

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAHA Live and its volunteers aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on schedule or livestream availability.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms — the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
